As a storyteller I love historical locations. I may be really bad at naming dates but I love peeking into the past.Carillon Park in Dayton is the kind that you could spend days reading all of the information. So when Toni and Dustin picked it because that is where he proposed I was so excited. We had the most wonderful weather with puffy clouds for photos with the bell tower! It was so great to catch up with this couple and I can’t wait for their wedding next year!

Fall is one of my favorites. Warm sweaters, brown boots and a good excuse to hug your loved ones just a little bit closer. We tracked down all of the most fall looking areas in Ault Park. It was so fun to get to catch up with these two. They love theatre and so it was great that they had a few props. At the end of the session we talked more and more – I didn’t want to leave. As I was about to head to my car the sky just turned into the most beautiful sunset. Sticking around for this was a perfect way to end the night! Caitlin and Justin I can’t wait for your wedding next year!

It is always fun exploring a park with a great couple. Each time I look for new areas to change up the background of the photos. Getting to know Kathy and Peter more was a bonus while we waited for the Roebling Bridge lights to come on for us. We talked about the wedding, Chicago, baseball and life! And the Sky Star ferris wheel in the background was perfect! I can’t wait for their wedding next year at the Pinecroft!
