September is National Childhood Cancer Awareness Month
As you may know, I volunteer for the Flashes of Hope chapter here in Cincinnati. We provide free portraits to children with cancer and raise money for pediatric cancer research. I am asking you to sponsor me to photograph these children who have taught me the meaning of courage and an appreciation for life.
Working with this wonderful organization I have been honored to photograph so many beautiful children. Some are excited to celebrate remission and others are just excited to forget about their cancer – even for a moment. Their joy and resilience is exciting! It puts our simple struggles into perspective. Flashes of hope allows their stories to be told. Together we hope to photograph every child until the day every child is cured.
Please consider helping me reach my fundraising goal. I am not participating in a walk or running a marathon: I am walking beside these amazing children all year as they fight for their lives.
Thank you for helping me to continue to make children with cancer smile and fund research in Cincinnati and across the country. To donate online, please go to our Cincinnati page: https://www.flashesofhope.org/chapters/cincinnati
With sincere appreciation,
