Congratulations Emily and Chris, a Farm Haven barn wedding!
I remember meeting Emily and Chris at the bridal show in January. They were so energetic and full of fun. I knew we would have a great time taking photos. Whenever we get together we end up chatting forever about our favorite Cincinnati places to eat and our fun hobbies.
The wedding day started off with cheerful yellow, white and gray bouquets and the girls getting ready. And just around the front of the church was the perfect bush with yellow flowers. During the ceremony I couldn’t help but get a little emotional. The smiles on the couple’s faces was truly contagious. After some formal photos we headed to Farm Haven for the reception. Unfortunately we also had a ton of rain. But I love that these two have a great sense of adventure. We busted out the umbrellas and the rain boots I brought for the bride. The log cabin was the prefect place for a few intimate moments! The reception was so much fun! And we even had a chance to do some more photos of the couple and bridal party after dinner since the rain cleared up. My favorite part of the reception had to be the couple dancing in the barn under wooden beams with twinkle lights! Emily and Chris – thank you for always being so much fun to work with! You have tons of good luck from all of the rain! And a special thanks to their family, friends and incredible wedding professionals for making it a wonderful day.
