Congratulations to Amanda and Darrell, an April Fool’s Day Celebration

A wedding on April Fool’s Day? This couple decided to celebrate their big day with a few pranks! We started by getting ready with the girls at Hotel Covington. Next the couple shared the first look in the courtyard. It was so great to see them together and the excitement on their faces. After some family photos we headed to the Glow Gallery a few blocks away. I had a little bit of a heads up on a few of the gags. Amanda pulled a little red engine behind her because she had a short dress (her “train” was not the traditional  fabric). Darrell pretended to loose the rings. It was all in good fun and kept me on my toes for being ready for photos all day! The kids even got to have some fun with their grape juice and cupcakes to celebrate. In the end I think Darrell got me the best – I was nervous he would pull a prank on me all day, so he said that was the prank – he didn’t pull one! This wedding was truly one for the books and I am so thankful to Ed from Elegant Films for recommending us and capturing all the fun together! Amanda and Darrell we wish you two all the very best in life – we know there won’t be a dull moment!
