Congratulations to Melissa and Jared, a Cincinnati Celebration
It is always an honor to be invited to photograph many family weddings. We love getting to see our couples again and catching up with their busy lives! Melissa is the third Giese girl to be married and the last. It was bittersweet to know that this was the last of the Giese kiddos to get married but I hope to see them at their friends’ weddings. This family is always so much fun! And Jared’s family is actually pretty similar with great parents and siblings. The day started with a little rain as we photographed them getting ready but as we headed to the park for their first look we hoped for the best. It actually turned out to be a beautiful day and we were able to take photos at the park and on the Purple People Bridge. I love watching the couple interact. And just like their engagement session they were both all smiles! They are so upbeat and supportive of each other. One of my favorite parts of the day was the thank you toast the groom gave. He thanked everyone from coming from near and far and he couldn’t help but be grateful for his beautiful bride. The best surprise of the night was watching Melissa and her dad bust a move during their dance together. They started with a slow song and then mixed in multiple up-beat songs! So fun! Melissa and Jared it was so great working with you both. You two are wonderful together and we wish you all the very best in life. Thank you for making our job so much fun! And to their family – thanks for all of your help throughout the day.
