To our current couples and event planners: planning a wedding is stressful enough but during a pandemic it is even harder! I hear you and am always here to talk or help with planning. A big hug is sent your way! I am being very cautious and our family is doing everything we can to stay safe. Working from home is something we can rock with editing photos, working on album designs and helping other great small businesses with their social media. It is exciting to be back to photographing engagement sessions and family photos at a safe distance in our favorite parks. A long lens is nothing new here!
Revised policy for Covid-19:
In the event that your wedding or event has to be postponed or rescheduled due to the COVID-19, because of the circumstances I have revised my rescheduling and transferring policies. Money paid will transfer over to your new date, pending availability. If you are considering postponement, you must reach out by email as soon as possible. I do not want our couples to lose their retainers and payments by choosing a date we’re not available or to cancel altogether. We’re all in this together!
Please make sure to keep me in the loop about all rescheduling plans so I can do my best to accommodate availability. I’m happy to hop on a call with your venue or other vendors as well to coordinate availability if that makes things go more smoothly for you. Many vendors can work multiple weddings in one day (bakery, florist, decor rental). Because I photograph every wedding myself once a date is booked my availability is gone. Consider checking in with your venue and me first before finalizing dates.
With 2021 couples already booking think about other options like Fridays, Sundays and off season dates. We are receiving many inquiries and are doing the best to accommodate our current clients and future clients.
