Debbie and Adam, an Alms Park Spring Engagement Session
The first time I met Debbie on the phone I just knew we would have so much fun working together. Her original engagement session was stormed out in November. We were both watching the weather reports closely last week to see if we would have better luck. Since they were coming from out of town I knew we wanted to make it work. On the day of their session it was a little cloudy but it hadn’t rained much -until we were a few minutes into their session. It began pouring! So instead of waiting the storm out in our cars (my phone was telling me that the storm would take an hour or so to pass) we headed down the street for coffee. It was great to get to know Adam more and to work on the timeline and location ideas for the wedding. As soon as the rain stopped we hopped in our cars and headed back up to Alms Park. When we parked I looked up and saw a rainbow! We took advantage of the rainbow and the great weather. The couple actually got engaged last year the day after St. Patrick’s Day, how cool is that! It ended up being the perfect evening with just the right temperature and the sun peeking through the clouds right before it set! Debbie and Adam thanks for sticking out the rain with me, I am so glad we did! I can’t wait for your wedding this September – hopefully after all this rain, your wedding day weather will be perfect.
