Fashion Forward: Christine Day One

Christine is a fellow artist in fact we took most of the same college courses together at Emory & Henry College. We became fast friends and I am so glad we did. We were in art classes where we were working on projects late into the night. When I presented my idea for Fashion Forward I think Christine probably thought I was lacking sleep but she soon understood how fun and artistic the project could be. And when she called and said she was ready to do the session I was ready to head south to Tennessee! Two weekends ago we spent a few hours over two days photographing Christine in locations that were so inspiring. We could do things like show off the underside of her dress and showed off her funky shoes. On the first day we went to an old train station. As a storm blew in quickly we took advantage of the storm clouds and pulled out our video light for some dramatic photos. Special thanks to our friend Rebekah (another Emory & Henry art student) for her help with props and lighting. She made a great bridesmaid model too! For more photos from Day One, check out our Facebook Page. For Day Two, check back on the blog next week.
